The Village of Hempstead Community Development Agency, is currently assisting the following Public Service Agencies through the Community Development Block Grant 51st Program Year:

• Circulo de la Hispanidad: Education First Program​

• Hempstead Police Department: Focused Deterrence

• Leadership Training Institute: Workforce Access to Gainful Employment Services (WAGES)

• Family & Children Association: Lynn Vanderhall Coop Nursery & Immigration Resource Center 

• Youth For Tomorrow Inc.: Summer Program, Basketball, Track & Field

• Economic Opportunity Commission of Nassau County, Inc: Hempstead EOC Summer Soccer Program 

• Hempstead Village Police Activity League: Hempstead PAL activities; Track, Karate, Boys Lacrosse, Cooking, Arts and Crafts, Bicycle Safety etc.

• Woman’s Opportunity Rehabilitation Center: Afterschool Academy 

• Hempstead Hispanic Civic Association: Summer Camp Program 

• Hispanic Counseling Center: Summer Camp Program with Educational and Enrichment Experiences​​​​​​​​​

• Morrison Mentors: STEM Academy 

• EAC Network: Hempstead Senior Community Service Center

• The INN (Interfaith Nutrition Network): Center for Transformative Change ​​​​​​​​​
