The Inc. Village of Hempstead Community Development Agency (CDA) has opened the housing lottery for the home located at 40 Byrd Street, Hempstead, as part of a First-Time Homebuyer Affordable Homeownership Program.
The Village of Hempstead Community Development Agency has launched and expanded a “Reimbursement Grant” to cover half the cost of a new sign and or awning up to $2,500.00 per business.
